Directive 94/25/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 June 1994 on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to recreational craft · European Union

A Member State shall withdraw its approval from such a body if it is established that the latter no longer satisfies the criteria referred to in Annex XIV. It shall inform the Commission and the other Member States of its action forthwith. CHAPTER III CE Marking
