Council Directive 94/33/EC of 22 June 1994 on the protection of young people at work · European Union

The employer shall involve the protective and preventive services referred to in Article 7 of Directive 89/391/EEC in the planning, implementation and monitoring of the safety and health conditions applicable to young people.
