Adaptation to scientific and technical progress The amendments necessary for adapting to scientific and technical progress the identification system - as referred to in Article 8 (2), Annex I and Article 10, last indent - and the formats relating to the database system - as referred to in Article 12 (3) and Annex III - shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 21.
