European Parliament and Council Directive 94/62/EC of 20 December 1994 on packaging and packaging waste · European Union
Member States shall communicate to the Commission the text of their national standards, as referred to in paragraph 2 (b), which they deem to comply with the requirements referred to in this Article. The Commission shall forward such texts forthwith to the other Member States. Member States shall publish the references of these standards. The Commission shall ensure that they are published in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
