Council Directive 95/18/EC of 19 June 1995 on the licensing of railway undertakings · European Union
A licensing authority shall not permit a railway undertaking against which bankruptcy or similar proceedings are commenced to retain its licence if that authority is convinced that there is no realistic prospect of satisfactory financial restructuring within a reasonable period of time.
