Council Directive 95/18/EC of 19 June 1995 on the licensing of railway undertakings · European Union
The Commission shall, two years after the application of this Directive, submit to the Council a report on such application accompanied, if necessary, by proposals concerning continued Community action, with particular regard to the possibility of enlarging the scope of the Directive.
