Council Directive 95/18/EC of 19 June 1995 on the licensing of railway undertakings · European Union
Member States shall adopt the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive within two years of the date of its entry into force. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.
