Council Directive 95/18/EC of 19 June 1995 on the licensing of railway undertakings · European Union
When Member States adopt those provisions, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or be accompanied by such reference at the time of their official publication. The methods of making such a reference shall be laid down by the Member States.
