Council Directive 96/48/EC of 23 July 1996 on the interoperability of the trans-European high-speed rail system · European Union
Member States shall apply the criteria provided for in Annex VII for the assessment of the bodies to be notified. Bodies meeting the assessment criteria provided for in the relevant European standards shall be deemed to meet the said criteria.
