The construction and testing requirements of Chapter 6.1 apply to infectious substances of UN numbers 2814 and 2900 assigned to risk group 2, and to UN 3291 clinical waste, unspecified, n.o.s. (see also 4.1.4.1, Packing Instructions P620 and P621).
