1.6.3.7. Tank wagons intended for the carriage of flammable liquids with a flash-point from 55 °C to 61 °C constructed before 1 January 1997 in accordance with the requirements of Appendix XI, paragraphs 1.2.7, 1.3.8 and 3.3.3 applicable up to 31 December 1996 which do not conform to the requirements of those paragraphs in force from 1 January 1997 may continue to be used.
