Each item of decontaminated equipment must be clearly marked with an indelible and embossed or engraved sign which must include the following information and be worded in the language of the country in which the equipment is used: DECONTAMINATED PCB EQUIPMENT Fluid containing PCBs was replaced — with ... (name of the substitute) — on ... (date) — by ... (undertaking). Concentration of PCBs in — old fluid ... % by weight — new fluid ... % by weight.
