Equipment in respect of which it is reasonable to assume that the fluids contain between 0,05 % and 0,005 % by weight of PCBs may be inventoried without the data required in the third and fourth indents of paragraph 3, and may be labelled as ‘PCBs contaminated < 0,05 %’. They shall be decontaminated or disposed of in accordance with Article 9 (2).
