Council Directive 96/62/EC of 27 September 1996 on ambient air quality assessment and management · European Union
Measures taken in order to achieve the aims of this Directive shall: take into account an integrated approach to the protection of air, water and soil; not contravene Community legislation on the protection of safety and health of workers at work; have no significant negative effects on the environment in the other Member States.
