Regulation (EC) No 258/97 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 January 1997 concerning novel foods and novel food ingredients · European Union
With due regard for Article 11 the Commission shall ensure that the safety levels laid down in the above Directives, as well as in the implementing measures for these Directives and this Regulation, correspond to the safety level of this Regulation.
