Regulation (EC) No 258/97 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 January 1997 concerning novel foods and novel food ingredients · European Union
The decision shall define the scope of the authorization and shall establish, where appropriate: the conditions of use of the food or food ingredient, the designation of the food or food ingredient, and its specification, specific labelling requirements as referred to in Article 8.
