Council Regulation (EC) No 515/97 of 13 March 1997 on mutual assistance between the administrative authorities of the Member States and cooperation between the latter and the Commission to ensure the correct application of the law on customs and agricultural matters · European Union

Each Member State shall send the Commission a list of the authorities or departments referred to in paragraph 2. The Commission shall inform the other Member States accordingly. It shall also inform all the Member States of the corresponding details concerning the Commission departments authorized to have access to the CIS. The list of the authorities or departments thus designated shall be published for information by the Commission in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
