Article 12

Decision No 2119/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 September 1998 setting up a network for the epidemiological surveillance and control of communicable diseases in the Community · European Union

1. This Decision shall not affect the right of the Member States to maintain or introduce other arrangements, procedures and measures for their national systems for the epidemiological surveillance and control of communicable diseases. 2. This Decision shall not affect Member States' rights and obligations deriving from existing or future bilateral or multilateral agreements or conventions in the field covered by this Decision.
