Council Directive 98/24/EC of 7 April 1998 on the protection of the health and safety of workers from the risks related to chemical agents at work (fourteenth individual Directive within the meaning of Article 16(1) of Directive 89/391/EEC) · European Union

Adjustments of a strictly technical nature to the Annexes in line with: the adoption of Directives in the field of technical harmonisation and standardisation concerning chemical agents, and/or technical progress, changes in international standards or specifications and new findings concerning chemical agents, shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 17 of Directive 89/391/EEC.
