Directive 98/30/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 concerning common rules for the internal market in natural gas · European Union
The percentage mentioned in paragraph 3 shall increase to 28 % of the total annual gas consumption of the national gas market five years after the entry into force of this Directive, and to 33 % thereof 20 years after the entry into force of this Directive.
