Directive 98/30/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 concerning common rules for the internal market in natural gas · European Union
In parallel with the procedure and the timetable provided for in Article 28, and not later than after half of the period provided for in that Article, the Commission shall review the application of paragraph 1(b) of this Article on the basis of market developments taking into account the common interest. In the light of experience, the Commission shall evaluate this situation and report on any possible imbalance in the opening of gas markets with regard to paragraph 1(b).
