Directive 98/30/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 concerning common rules for the internal market in natural gas · European Union
The Commission shall inform the Member States of applications made under paragraphs 3 prior to taking a decision pursuant to paragraph 4, taking into account respect for confidentiality. This decision, as well as the derogations referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2, shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
