Directive 98/30/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 concerning common rules for the internal market in natural gas · European Union
Without prejudice to Article 12 or any other legal duty to disclose information, each transmission, storage and/or LNG undertaking shall preserve the confidentiality of commercially sensitive information obtained in the course of carrying out its business.
