Council Directive 98/58/EC of 20 July 1998 concerning the protection of animals kept for farming purposes · European Union
From a date to be determined in accordance with the procedure laid down in paragraph 3, Member States shall submit to the Commission reports on the inspections required under paragraph 1. The Commission shall submit summaries of those reports to the Standing Veterinary Committee.
