Council Directive 1999/35/EC of 29 April 1999 on a system of mandatory surveys for the safe operation of regular ro-ro ferry and high-speed passenger craft services · European Union

In case of persistent disagreement between host States on the fulfilment of the requirements of Articles 4 and 5(1), the administration of any host State involved in a specific survey shall immediately notify to the Commission the reasons of the disagreement.
