Supporting measures The Member States shall inform third States which have either flag State responsibilities or responsibilities similar to those of a host State for ro-ro ferries and high-speed passenger craft falling under the scope of this Directive and operating between a port of a Member State and a port of a third State of the requirements imposed by this Directive on any company providing a regular service to or from a port of the Community.
