Council Directive 1999/35/EC of 29 April 1999 on a system of mandatory surveys for the safe operation of regular ro-ro ferry and high-speed passenger craft services · European Union

Should the surveys referred to in paragraph 1 confirm or reveal deficiencies in relation to the requirements of this Directive warranting a prevention of operation, all costs relating to the surveys in any normal accounting period shall be covered by the company.
