Directive 1999/93/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 1999 on a Community framework for electronic signatures · European Union
Member States shall notify to the Commission and the other Member States the following: information on national voluntary accreditation schemes, including any additional requirements pursuant to Article 3(7); the names and addresses of the national bodies responsible for accreditation and supervision as well as of the bodies referred to in Article 3(4); the names and addresses of all accredited national certification service providers.
