Article 16

Regulation (EC) No 1073/1999 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999 concerning investigations conducted by the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) · European Union

Entry into force This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 1999. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
