The institutions, bodies, offices and agencies and, in so far as national law allows, the Member States shall, at the request of the Office or on their own initiative, forward any document or information they hold which relates to a current internal investigation. Member States shall forward the documents and information relating to external investigations in accordance with the relevant provisions.
