Article 27

Council Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999 of 17 May 1999 on support for rural development from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF) and amending and repealing certain Regulations · European Union

1. Investment shall concern the processing and marketing of products covered by Annex I to the Treaty except fishery products. 2. Investment shall meet selection criteria setting priorities and indicating which types of investment are not eligible for support.
