Article 28

Council Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999 of 17 May 1999 on support for rural development from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF) and amending and repealing certain Regulations · European Union

1. The following types of investment shall be excluded from support: investment at the retail level, investment in the processing or marketing of products from third countries. 2. The total amount of support, expressed as a percentage of the volume of eligible investment, is limited to a maximum of: 50 % in Objective 1 regions; 40 % in the other regions. CHAPTER VIII FORESTRY
