Council Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999 of 17 May 1999 on support for rural development from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF) and amending and repealing certain Regulations · European Union

Support for the measures referred to in the sixth, seventh and ninth indents of Article 33 shall be financed by the EAGGF in areas classified under Objectives 1 and 2 and areas in transition in so far as their financing is not provided by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
