Article 50

Council Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999 of 17 May 1999 on support for rural development from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF) and amending and repealing certain Regulations · European Union

Detailed rules for the application of this Title shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 50(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999. These rules may in particular define the details of: STATE AID the presentation of rural development plans (Articles 41 to 44), the revision of rural development programming documents, financial planning, in particular to ensure budgetary discipline (Article 46), and participation in financing (Article 47(2)), monitoring and evaluation (Articles 48 and 49), how to ensure consistency between rural development measures and the support measures introduced by the market organisations (Article 37).
