Council Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999 of 17 May 1999 on support for rural development from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF) and amending and repealing certain Regulations · European Union

Should specific measures be necessary to facilitate the transition from the system in force to the one established by this Regulation, such measures shall be adopted by the Commission in accordance with the procedures laid down in Article 50(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999.
