Article 23

Technical assistance At the initiative or on behalf of the Commission and following consultation of the committees referred to in Articles 48 to 51 on the different types of measures, subject to a ceiling of 0,25 % of their respective annual allocation, the Funds may finance the preparatory, monitoring, evaluation and checking measures necessary for implementing this Regulation. These shall include: studies, including studies of a general nature, concerning the operations of the Funds; measures of technical assistance, the exchange of experience and information aimed at the partners, the final beneficiaries of assistance from the Funds and the general public; the installation, operation and interconnection of computerised systems for management, monitoring and evaluation; improvements in evaluation methods and exchange of information on practices in this field.
