Council Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999 of 21 June 1999 laying down general provisions on the Structural Funds · European Union
The purpose of ex-ante evaluation shall be to provide a basis for preparing the development plans, assistance and programme complement of which it shall form part. Ex-ante evaluation shall be the responsibility of the authorities responsible for preparing the plans, assistance and programme complement.
