Council Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999 of 21 June 1999 laying down general provisions on the Structural Funds · European Union
The Commission shall examine the relevance and quality of the evaluation on the basis of criteria defined beforehand by the Commission and the Member State in partnership, with a view to reviewing the assistance and allocating the reserve referred to in Article 44.
