The committee acts as a consultative committee according to the procedure laid down in Article 47(2) when it discusses the following matters: establishment and revision of the list of areas eligible under Objective 2; the Community support frameworks and the corresponding information contained in the single programming documents, under Objectives 1 and 2; the types of technical-assistance measure in accordance with Article 23 in the case of support from the ERDF; any other questions concerning Articles 20 to 22.
