The Committee acts as a Management Committee according to the procedure laid down in Article 47(3) when it deals with: the implementing rules and transitional rules referred to in Articles 34, 50 and 53 of Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999; the guidelines relating to the Community initiative referred to in Article 20(1)(c) ("Leader").
