Council Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999 of 21 June 1999 laying down general provisions on the Structural Funds · European Union
Applications for a contribution from the Funds towards operations which are submitted pursuant to Regulations (EEC) No 2052/88 and (EEC) No 4253/88 shall be considered and approved by the Commission on the basis of those Regulations no later than 31 December 1999.
