Article 54

Council Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999 of 21 June 1999 laying down general provisions on the Structural Funds · European Union

Repeal Regulations (EEC) No 2052/88 and (EEC) No 4253/88 are hereby repealed with effect from 1 January 2000, without prejudice to Article 52(1). References to the repealed Regulations shall be construed as references to this Regulation.
