Council Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999 of 21 June 1999 laying down general provisions on the Structural Funds · European Union
For the period referred to in paragraph 1, 5,35 % of the commitment appropriations for the Structural Funds referred to in paragraph 1 shall be devoted to funding the Community initiatives. 0,65 % of the appropriations referred to in paragraph 1 shall be devoted to funding innovative measures and technical assistance as defined in Articles 22 and 23.
