Directive 2000/59/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2000 on port reception facilities for ship-generated waste and cargo residues - Commission declaration · European Union

Delivery of ship-generated waste and cargo residues shall be considered as release for free circulation within the meaning of Article 79 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 of 12 October 1992 establishing the Community Customs Code(11). The customs authorities shall not require the lodging of a summary declaration in accordance with Article 45 of the Community Customs Code.
