Article 17

Directive 2000/59/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2000 on port reception facilities for ship-generated waste and cargo residues - Commission declaration · European Union

Evaluation 1. Member States shall submit to the Commission a status report concerning the implementation of this Directive every three years. 2. The Commission shall submit an evaluation report on the operation of the system as provided for in this Directive to the European Parliament and the Council, on the basis of the reports of the Member States as provided for in paragraph 1 together with proposals as necessary, concerning the implementation of this Directive.
