Article 10 › 2

Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2000 establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy · European Union

For the purpose of complying with the objectives, quality standards and threshold values established pursuant to this Directive, Member States shall ensure the establishment and implementation of the following: (a) emission controls based on best available techniques; (b) relevant emission limit values; (c) in the case of diffuse impacts, controls including, as appropriate, best environmental practices, in accordance with Council Directive 91/676/EEC ( 9 ) and Directives 2009/128/EC ( 10 ), 2010/75/EU ( 11 ) and (EU) 2024/3019 ( 12 ) of the European Parliament and of the Council, as well as any other Union legislation relevant for addressing point source or diffuse pollution including any relevant legislation adopted in accordance with Article 16 of this Directive.
