Article 15 › 2

Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2000 establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy · European Union

Member States shall submit summary reports of: — the analyses required under Article 5, and — the monitoring programmes designed under Article 8 undertaken for the purposes of the first river basin management plan within three months of their completion.
