Article 20a › 2

Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2000 establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy · European Union

The power to adopt delegated acts referred to in Article 20 shall be conferred on the Commission for an indeterminate period of time from 10 May 2026.
