Directive 2000/76/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 December 2000 on the incineration of waste · European Union
The permit shall: establish emission limit values for the polluting substances referred to in Annex IV, in accordance with paragraph 2 and in order to meet the requirements referred to in paragraph 3(a); set operational control parameters for waste water at least for pH, temperature and flow.
