Article 2

Council Regulation (EC) No 337/2000 of 14 February 2000 concerning a flight ban and a freeze of funds and other financial resources in respect of the Taliban of Afghanistan · European Union

This Regulation shall apply to any funds, other financial resources, and aircraft designated by the Taliban Sanctions Committee. The funds and other financial resources referred to in the first subparagraph shall be listed in Annex I and the aircraft referred to therein in Annex II to this Regulation.
